Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the paid features until the end of this period.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.

Renewals and Upgrades

Automatic renewals are not generally refundable after the transaction has been processed. Upgrades to higher-tiered plans take effect immediately and the prorated difference is charged.

Exceptions

Refunds are not granted for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service (e.g., sending spam, abusive behavior). High-volume custom Enterprise contracts are subject to the specific terms outlined in their separate agreements.
